How does delivery work?<\/h5>\n

Delivery is completely free for you. In the case of purchasing a Glam4U dress, it will be delivered to your address via regular delivery as soon as possible. If you opt for a rental, the dress will arrive at your address on the first chosen day of your rental. Rentals typically last for 4 days. If you need the dress for a Saturday, order your Glam4U dress by Thursday to ensure it arrives by your desired date. Dresses arrive ready for your event, packed in a cardboard box that protects the clothing and ensures its cleanliness.<\/p>\n

How to return a dress?<\/h5>\n

In case there is a valid reason to return a purchased dress, contact us directly to arrange the return of your dress and try to find an alternative Glam4U dress for you. If the dress is part of a rental return, the return should be done on the first working day after your event, usually Monday. All you need to do is return the dress in the original packaging that was delivered to you. We take care of the cleaning, so you can rest easy after your glamorous party \ud83d\ude42 Glam4U organizes the pickup at the address you provided during the order. The delivery and pickup address can be the same or different, it\u2019s just important that all information is accurate and timely provided to avoid any delay costs. Our delivery service will send you the pickup details in time.<\/p>\n
